The City of Olive Branch is seeking quotes from qualified banks to serve as Municipal Depository for Special and Surplus Funds. The selected bank will be responsible for handling City funds and must have been designated a state depository. The bidding institution must submit a copy of their official commission documenting this designation prior to handling City funds.
• The bid submission deadline is February 23, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who proposes the best terms, considering all material aspects of the proposal.
