Description
The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to serve as its primary depository bank. All bidders must maintain a main or branch office within the municipal boundaries of Waco, Texas. The contract will cover a broad suite of banking services—including general account maintenance, ACH processing, wire transfers, positive pay, and other treasury‑related functions—while also requiring the bank to provide fee schedules, collateral management, and compliance with Texas public‑fund investment statutes. The award will be based on service capability, cost, references, interest rates, and financial strength, with a base contract term of two years starting May 1 2027 and optional extensions up to a total of six years.
