Structural Assessment and Crane System Design

The City of West Sacramento is seeking a consultant to provide structural assessment and crane system design services for the installation of a rooftop crane at City Hall. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a structural assessment of the existing roof and building systems, evaluating crane loads and operational impacts, and designing a crane support pad and rooftop landing pad. The consultant will also be required to provide construction documents and deliverables, including stamped structural calculations, plans, specifications, and details suitable for permitting and construction.
