Description
The Central Lake Public Schools is seeking a contractor for an Asbestos Abatement and Removal Project at the District's Middle School/High School. The project includes a complete abatement and removal of the existing gymnasium membrane roofing system, as well as provide abatement of all flooring and adhesives per the flooring demo plan. The selected firm will be required to provide a copy of insurance certificates for the following insurance types and amounts. The project is expected to start on or before April 17, 2026, and be completed on or before April 30, 2026.
• Asbestos abatement and removal
• Flooring and adhesive abatement
• Roofing system removal
• Safety barricading and decontamination area establishment
• Compliance with EPA and OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines
