The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation for the procurement of LUTATHERA (lutetium Lu 177 dotatate) and PLUVICTO (lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan). The contract is intended to be awarded under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition.
