The City of Gardner is seeking qualified contractors to replace an existing underground aviation fuel system with a new above‑ground Avgas storage and dispensing solution, and to remove the old underground tanks. The scope includes installation of either a 10 k‑gal or 12 k‑gal above‑ground storage tank (with submersible pump or pumping skid), related fuel delivery equipment, payment system modifications, site restoration, asphalt paving, and landscaping. Bidders must submit online bids by the August 13 deadline and provide a 5 % bid bond. The project can be awarded for any single schedule (A‑D) or combined with the removal schedule (E), with construction periods ranging from 50 to 75 days, or a 180‑day material‑procurement phase if only procurement is awarded.
