6505--VALL Iodine Isotope IDIQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing radiopharmaceutical supplies to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Priced Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract with a base year period of October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, and four additional one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide Iodine I-123 supplies in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contractor must be able to deliver supplies on the next business day, unless specified otherwise in the contract. • The contractor must provide quality control procedures and make quality control records available to the VA upon request. • The contractor must provide waste disposal at no additional charge for used radioactive dose syringes, vials, etc. • The contractor must provide technical support and instruction to the VA's technical staff, physicians, and patient education.
