Budget estimate

$167,500 – $502,500

To estimate the budget, we can consider the scope of the project, which includes the demolition and build-out of approximately 1,675 square feet. The cost of such a project can vary greatly depending on factors such as the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the location of the project. However, as a rough estimate, the cost of building out a space of this size could range from $100 to $300 per square foot, depending on the level of finish and the complexity of the work. Given the scope of the project, a reasonable estimate for the total budget could be between $167,500 and $502,500. This is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the project and the bids received.
