Description
The American Embassy Jakarta is seeking event management services for the Southeast Asia Forum on Export Control (IDSTM26) Summit, scheduled to take place in Jakarta from September 15-18, 2026. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and services to support the summit. The scope of work includes meeting equipment, branding and printing, registration, documentation, manpower, and other related services. The contractor must have experience in organizing high-level events and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key requirements include:
• Providing a detailed implementation timeline and coordinating with U.S. Government event coordinators and venue personnel
• Developing a contingency plan for operational disruptions and technical failures
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to security and safety
• Providing a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah for all services
• Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission
