BOTTLED WATER (2026-2028) RFQ # 2025-0075

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking a vendor to provide bottled water and cups to its racetracks, including Belmont Park, Aqueduct, and Saratoga. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting on January 1, 2026, with two additional one-year options at NYRA's discretion. The vendor must be able to deliver approximately 6,000 5-gallon bottles of natural spring water, 4,200 cases of 16.9 oz bottles of natural spring water, and 500 cases of 9oz plastic cups per year. The vendor must also have the ability to waive deposit on the 5-gallon water jugs and count return bottles at pickup.
