Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Six (6) Metacomp CFD++ Software Licenses for one (1) base year and four (4) option years

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is soliciting a sole source contract for the procurement of six Metacomp CFD++ Software Licenses for a period of one base year and four option years. The software is required for the Flight Sciences Branch (FSB) of the Weapon Sciences Division to support mission-critical research and ensure continuity of customer programs. The CFD++ software provides a unique, mature, and efficient suite of industry-leading simulation capabilities essential for analyzing and simulating flight envelopes from low subsonic to hypersonic speeds.
