Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive road‑maintenance and minor improvement work on the N8030 corridor in Pinon Chapter, Arizona. The scope follows FHWA FP‑14 specifications and includes mobilization, surveying, quality‑control, temporary traffic control, earthwork, drainage installation (corrugated metal pipe, concrete structures, riprap), concrete pavement, road reconditioning, signage, safety and environmental compliance, and final clean‑up. The contract is a one‑year service agreement with a construction window of no more than 75 calendar days once work commences. The vendor must supply performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance, SAM.gov registration, and, if applicable, Certified Navajo Business documentation.
