Description
The Air Force is soliciting a small‑business firm to provide a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator (PREC) at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The contractor will plan, coordinate, teach, and supervise Protestant religious‑education programs for ages 1‑adult, manage volunteers, maintain curriculum libraries, and submit required reports under a firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year contract (five consecutive 12‑month CLINs). The award will be made to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer. Eligibility is limited to U.S. small businesses; the contractor must be SAM‑registered, possess the required experience, references, and a Letter of Good Standing, and must meet extensive DoD security, background‑check, and CUI training requirements.
