The Sudbury Public Schools is seeking bids for the General John Nixon Elementary School – Roof Replacement project. The work includes the demolition and replacement of the roof system, and structural improvements for future PV solar panel installations. The project also includes all associated architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The project is expected to commence upon contract execution and complete all work by August 21, 2026. • The project requires DCAMM-certified general contractors and subcontractors. • A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on May 13, 2026. • Prevailing wages as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards apply to this project. • A bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
