Evergreen House Restoration & Preservation

The Town of Lake Park is seeking a qualified and experienced general contractor construction company to provide construction services for the Evergreen House Restoration & Preservation project. The project consists of two phases: Phase 1, exterior building hardening, and Phase 2, building interior modifications. The scope of work includes existing roof replacement, replacement of exterior windows and doors, repair/replacement of damaged or rotted exterior wood framing, pressure cleaning, patching, waterproofing, and painting the building exterior, and constructing ADA sidewalks.
