SOLE SOURCE – Engineering Services and Supplies to Support AEGIS Weapon System and AN/SPY Radar Signal Processor

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) is seeking engineering services and supplies to support the sustainment, upgrades, and repair of the AN/SPY-1 radar system across the AEGIS Fleet and AEGIS Ashore (AA) platforms. The proposed contract action is for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a base year and four option years. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis due to the anticipated substantial duplication of costs to the Government and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the Navy’s requirements. • The contract will be awarded to Lockheed Martin under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. • The BOA will include Job Order 0001 for one base year plus four option years. • Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Lockheed Martin directly. • Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
