Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to repair the existing Directory Sign in the "A" building lobby and office designation plaque. The work will be done at the location specified in the solicitation. A site visit is required, and no subcontracting is allowed. The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their response electronically through the system. The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The contract may be cancelled with 30 days' notice for supplies or 72 hours' notice for services.
