Budget estimate

$70,000 – $75,040

The Municipal Planning Grant caps consultant compensation at $75,040. Assuming the city will allocate the full amount for professional services (typical for a comprehensive planning effort of this scale), the expected budget will be close to that ceiling. Minor variations could arise from allowable overhead, taxes, or unspent contingency funds, but the contract value will likely fall between $70,000 and $75,040.
