Description
The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (SLEDP) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural and engineering services for various projects in 2023-2024. The RFQ seeks qualifications from firms with expertise in architectural design, planning and landscape architecture, urban design, engineering, geotechnical engineering services, building inspection, construction cost estimating, construction management oversight, land surveying, and environmental engineering. Two planned projects for the upcoming year include construction and renovation of the Helix Center and the MET Center. Qualification submittals will be accepted at any time throughout the 2023-2024 calendar years, but firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications as soon as possible to be considered for each project. The initial review of qualifications for inclusion on the Qualified List will begin after September 8, 2023. Electronic submissions should be sent by email to [email protected].
