On-Call Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services Request for Qualifications

CityBus, the public transit agency for Greater Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking one or more qualified architectural and engineering firms to serve on an on‑call basis for a one‑year contract (with up to four one‑year renewal options). The selected firm will receive task orders for a wide range of services—including facility master planning, capital improvement planning, site selection, feasibility studies, architectural design of transit facilities, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical engineering, environmental documentation, permitting, construction administration, cost estimating, grant support, and alternative‑fuel infrastructure design. Work will be performed throughout the United States for CityBus projects funded by the Federal Transit Administration and other sources. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed; firms must be able to respond within one business day and provide a dedicated project manager.
