Document Shredding and Disposal Services for HHSC Region 03

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Document Shredding and Disposal Services in HHSC Region 03 DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. The required services include secure storage bins, secure shredding services, transportation of documents to a shredding facility, and destruction of documents using industry-standard methods. The contractor must be able to provide these services for all listed locations and must comply with government standards for document destruction. • The contractor must provide secure storage bins and secure shredding services. • The contractor must transport documents to a shredding facility and destroy them using industry-standard methods. • The contractor must provide certificates of destruction. • The contractor must comply with government standards for document destruction, including HIPAA and IRS regulations. • The contractor must have the ability to perform the required services, including the size and scope of operations, number of employees, and supervisors. • The contractor must demonstrate financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB.
