Description
Gwinnett County’s Purchasing Division is seeking a single Fluke (or equivalent) infrared camera, complete with all required accessories, software, manuals, and standard components for immediate operational use at its Water Resources Central Facility. The vendor must submit a total price inclusive of delivery and provide three references, a non‑collusion affidavit, and indicate a delivery schedule (A.R.O.). Evaluation will be based on lowest responsive and responsible bid, with consideration given to price‑plus‑delivery terms.
• Provide one rugged handheld infrared camera meeting detailed technical specs (5 MP sensor, temperature range –20 °C to 1000 °C, IP54, etc.).
• Supply all accessories: lenses, batteries, chargers, cables, case, SD card, software, and a one‑year manufacturer warranty.
• Submit a complete quotation by 28 Oct 2026 via email to Jenny Coleman or hard‑copy to the Purchasing Division; include three project references and signed non‑collusion affidavit.
