Description
The Judiciary, State of Hawai‘i seeks quotes from expert legal consultants to provide services for the Electronic Benchbook project. The contractor will research, prepare, organize, and write material for the Benchbook District Court Chapter update. The contractor will work with the Judiciary's Judicial Education Committee to identify relevant materials and scope of work.
• The contractor must have legal credentials with extensive knowledge of Hawai‘i court rules, statutes, and opinions.
• The contractor will operate as an independent contractor, and Judiciary facilities and equipment will not be available.
• The Judiciary will provide access to an online legal research service.
• The contractor will submit substantive materials and formats directly to Judicial Education Office staff in an electronic format (Microsoft Word) for review and publication.
