The State Highway Administration of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide a renewal of the AutoTURN Pro TSL commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) software license, along with optional installation, training, and warranty/maintenance services. The software is used by highway designers to perform automated geometric vehicle‑turning analyses for intersections, alignments, and access points, reducing manual effort and improving safety compliance. Only vendors that are already Master Contractors under the existing COTS 2012 contract (060B2490021) may submit bids. The solicitation requires submission through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system, includes a mandatory “No Bid” form if the vendor chooses not to bid, and specifies that pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days.
