Notice of Intent to Sole Source CAS

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source modification to Flad/Page Design Partnership to provide Construction Administration Services (CAS) for the construction of the CDC's High Containment Laboratory Continuity Facility. The main purpose of CAS services is to review submittals, shop drawings, and product data to ensure compliance with the project's design intent as well as to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) that arise during construction. • The CDC is seeking a contractor to provide CAS services. • The contractor will be responsible for reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and product data. • The contractor will also be responsible for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) that arise during construction. • The contractor must have experience with construction administration services. • The contractor must be able to ensure compliance with the project's design intent.
