Applied Biosystem QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Systems

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Life Technology Corporation for the supply of three Applied Biosystem QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Systems. The systems must be U.S. Food and Drug Administration In Vitro Diagnostic (US-IVD) and In Vitro Medical Devices Regulation (EU 2017/746) (IVDR) compliant. The contractor will also provide Diomni Software, one-year warranty, delivery, installation, and user-level training. The Government requires the removal of existing Government-owned QuantStudio instruments and application of manufacturer-authorized trade-in credits toward the procurement of replacement QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx systems. • The contractor must deliver and assemble the systems as necessary. • The contractor must provide user-level training on operation and maintenance. • The contractor must uninstall and remove current QuantStudio instruments. • The contractor must provide a trade-in allowance toward the procurement of the new instruments.
