Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive renovation works at U.S. Government facility 12/189. The scope of work includes driveway repair, septic system repairs, tile installation, handrail installation, ceiling replacement, door and screen replacements, bathroom renovations, and carpentry work. The contractor must follow the instructions in the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit their quotation to the address listed on the accompanying Standard Form.
• The contractor must provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the work.
• The contractor must complete the work within 10 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and licenses.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
