Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for the supply of 6,000 gallons of liquid nitrogen. The nitrogen must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including being mercury-free and oil-free. The contractor must provide certification of batch/lot analysis and tank inspection reports. The delivery schedule is requested to be by June 1, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the supply of the nitrogen.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards.
• The contractor must provide adequate supply chain traceability documentation to demonstrate the item's conformance to the technical requirements.
• The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered.
