The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order covering hardware, installation labor, training, and ongoing support. • Provide new Hanwha (or equal) NVR, cameras, PoE switch, cabling, monitor, and accessories as listed in the bill of materials. • Perform full installation, programming, testing, and user training on the pharmacy area network‑isolated CCTV system. • Deliver one‑year warranty service with optional annual extensions (up to four additional years) that include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and 24×7 support.
