Description
The District is seeking a qualified architectural programming firm to develop comprehensive space‑programming and functional‑analysis documentation for three capital‑project programs (a sound‑stage studio, an allied‑health PT/OT building, and campus‑wide improvements). The work is limited to programming – stakeholder engagement, space planning, equipment and infrastructure inventories, conceptual site‑layout guidance, and preparation of Owner’s Project Requirements – to support a later Progressive Design‑Build procurement. The contractor must not join the future design‑build team for these projects.
• Deliver phased programming packages (initiation, space development, conceptual guidance, final documentation) for each of the three projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and produce functional relationship diagrams, equipment lists, adjacency and circulation studies.
• Provide final Owner’s Project Requirements and presentation materials for board approval, with a final deliverable deadline of October 30, 2026.
