Cox Creek/Westwood Sewer Upgrades

The Town of Carlisle is seeking a qualified contractor to install and rehabilitate sewer infrastructure along the Cox Creek/Westwood corridor. The scope includes excavation, pipe installation, manhole construction, and service reconnections to modernize the municipal wastewater system. • Install approximately 7,221 linear feet of 8‑inch gravity sewer using open‑cut methods. • Replace 1,111 linear feet of 8‑inch pipe with cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP). • Construct 32 new manholes and perform rehabilitation/coating on 106 linear feet of existing manholes. • Complete 25 sewer service reconnections and associated site work. • Deliver full design‑bid‑build documentation and coordinate with the Town’s project coordinator.
