• Install various sizes of RCP via trenchless construction across the Turnpike. • Construct culverts, headwalls, grading, and extend existing drainage structures. • Provide comprehensive traffic‑control signage and comply with NCHRP 350/MASH wind‑load requirements. • Conduct all material and workmanship testing; submit results promptly. • Maintain insurance minimums ( $1 M GL, $1 M auto, statutory workers’ comp) and retain 5 % of contract value (reducible after 50 % earned).
