Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for one year of Trion Phantom III Etch System Maintenance. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Trion Technology INC. The contract will include parts and labor for a period of 12 months, process support, one scheduled preventative maintenance visit, system upgrades, and process application notes. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with various federal regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and export control.
