Description
The Department of Water Resources is seeking a contractor to provide commercial roll-up door maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must possess a valid C61 or D28 contractor's license and provide a valid city, county, or state business license. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of roll-up doors at various locations within the Southern Field Division.
* The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference.
* The contractor must provide a bid that includes all required documents and information.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
* The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds.
* The contractor must maintain accurate records and reports.
* The contractor must comply with the State's General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses.
