Revised TOS No. 17-065A (Revision #2) - Pio Pico Library Pocket Park Project - Construction Phase

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering is seeking a consultant to provide continued observation by a Deputy Methane Inspector, reporting, and project management for the Pio Pico Library Pocket Park Project - Construction Phase. The project includes additional scope of work such as observation and testing by a Deputy Methane Inspector, final certification report for the methane barrier installation, and final compaction report for the earthwork. The consultant should also provide supervision and review of the additional work. The City has set anticipated subconsultant participation levels for Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, Emerging Business Enterprise, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, and Other Business Enterprise firms. • The project requires a consultant with experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering services. • The consultant should be able to provide observation and testing by a Deputy Methane Inspector. • The consultant should be able to provide final certification reports and compaction reports. • The consultant should be able to provide project management and supervision. • The consultant should be able to meet the anticipated subconsultant participation levels set by the City.
