The FAA Office of Information and Technology is establishing an agency‑wide indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply toner and printer consumables (over 750 SKUs) under the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) program. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest‑Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to a qualified small business. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a base year plus four one‑year ordering periods, totaling five years of performance. Minimum ordering obligation is $1,000; the government may place orders up to the maximum limits defined in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and respond to a detailed Statement of Work, pricing worksheet, and past‑performance documentation.
