UNION HILLS WATER TREATMENT PLANT - FINISHED WATER IMPROVEMENTS - ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the Union Hills Water Treatment Plant - Finished Water Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a new 20 million gallon reservoir, rehabilitation of the existing 40 MG reservoir, and improvements associated with bringing the new reservoir into service. The selected consultant will assist the City in designing the proposed 20 MG reservoir, associated infrastructure, and necessary utility and site upgrades. The consultant's services may also include construction administration and inspection services. Some key points to consider: • The project requires a qualified consultant team with experience in providing study and design services for similar projects. • The consultant will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format using the City's ASP web-based project management database, UNIFIER. • The consultant will be expected to provide a computerized networked office platform with broadband internet connectivity. • The City will select a team based on the SOQ's received, and no formal interviews will be conducted. • The City expects to create a final list of at least one, but not more than three teams for this project.
