Vision Therapy Services - As Needed

The Passaic Board of Education is seeking proposals for Vision Therapy Services to be provided on an as-needed basis for students in Passaic public and nonpublic schools. The services should be provided by a qualified vendor who can provide vision therapy services to students who require them due to medical necessity. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to provide services on an hourly basis, with a fee schedule to be submitted as part of the proposal. The district will evaluate proposals based on technical criteria, management criteria, and cost criteria. • The vendor must have experience providing vision therapy services to public or private schools. • The vendor must have a business organization that can provide the required services. • The vendor must have a fee schedule that is competitive and reasonable. • The vendor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis. • The vendor must have a plan for coordinating activities with the district. • The vendor must have a plan for evaluating the effectiveness of the services provided.
