The Navajo Nation is seeking a vendor to supply two brand‑new Caterpillar 150 AWD motor graders, fully equipped and accompanied by four sets of serrated cutting edges and four sets of standard cutting edges. The contract also requires on‑site operating and safety training by a Caterpillar‑certified specialist, a seven‑year premier warranty (or 7,000 hours), and ongoing spare‑parts support. Proposals are evaluated primarily on the scope of work (80 pts) with additional points for format, certifications, communication plan, references, and possible priority‑business points. The award will be made shortly after the bid opening on July 20 2026, with a one‑year contract term (renewable).
