UST Removal and Generator Replacements at Waterbury Army National Guard

The Connecticut Army National Guard Armory in Waterbury, CT is currently served by a diesel-fueled 250kW / 313kVA Cummins Stand-by Generator. The project scope is to remove the existing stand-by diesel generator and replace it with a new one. The project also involves the removal of an underground storage tank (UST) and the replacement of the day tank. The loads served by this generator are limited to the Kitchen equipment, receptacles located in the administrative offices, Boiler and circulating pumps, Heaters, and the Air Handler Units located in the common areas.
