Budget estimate

$30,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the magnitude of the construction project, which is anticipated to exceed $30,000,000. Considering the scope of work, including demolition, hazardous material abatement, and renovation of two existing structures, the budget is likely to be substantial. Factors influencing the likely payment range include the cost of materials, labor, and equipment, as well as the complexity of the project. A rough estimate for the budget could be between $30,000,000 and $50,000,000, considering the project's scale and the costs associated with similar construction projects.
