Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, deliver, and install a complete 1‑ton electric jib hoist system for the Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier. The contract includes the hoist equipment, site delivery, full installation on a wooden pier, electrical hookup, load testing, and all required documentation and warranties. The work must be completed by September 15 2026 and must meet applicable OSHA, ASME, and local codes for a marine environment.
• Supply of a 1‑ton, free‑standing electric jib hoist with 360° rotation, 220 V power, and remote control.
• Delivery to the pier site, anchoring, alignment, plumb‑mast installation, and certified electrical hookup by a licensed electrician.
• Load testing at 125 % capacity, provision of certification, operator manuals, safety signage, as‑built drawings, and a minimum one‑year warranty.
