Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide services for the removal, transportation, and proper disposal of grease and waste from the grease traps located at the VA University Drive Pittsburgh and HJ Heinz campuses. The Allegheny County Health Department requires all grease traps and separators to be inspected at least annually, and waste removed on a periodic basis to maintain proper function.
• The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of grease and waste from the grease traps.
• The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting specified in the contract.
• The contractor must certify that they will comply with the requirements of the contract.
• The contract may involve recurring or ongoing work to maintain proper function of the grease traps.
