Description
The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) of New Orleans is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to install a dedicated power circuit for the Security Barrier Arm at its East New Orleans Facility (Maintenance Entrance). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and site restoration, delivering a fully operational 120 V circuit with a 20 A breaker and a one‑year warranty on workmanship. The work includes utility locating, ~75 ft of trenching, underground PVC conduit and rigid metal riser installation, copper conductors, panel connection, grounding, sidewalk saw‑cut and restoration, traffic control, and final testing/commissioning.
