DC Power System with Inverter

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security - Division of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to provide DC Power Systems with Inverters. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. The vendor will be required to provide a catalog of items and pricing, and the state will purchase items from the catalog at a discounted price. The vendor will also be required to provide installation and maintenance services. The contract items include DC power systems, inverters, rectifiers, controllers, and batteries. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost. • The vendor will be required to provide a discount percentage for each category of eligible items. • The state reserves the right to substitute newer, next-generation equipment in place of contract items. • The vendor will be required to provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the state. • The vendor will be required to designate a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the vendor's responsibilities under the contract.
