Southwest Iowa Training Center Generator Addition, Project #BM-26-07

The City of Council Bluffs Public Works is requesting bids for the installation of a new natural gas generator with weatherproof enclosure, a service-rated automatic transfer switch, and all associated conduit, conductors, gas piping, and concrete equipment base required for a complete and operational system at the Southwest Iowa Training Center. The project includes the installation of natural gas piping and extension of the existing service, as well as electrical work. The bid will be awarded based on the Lump Sum total of Line 1 and Line 2, as specified. The work under the proposed contract shall be completed on or before June 30, 2026.
