Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) is seeking a contractor to provide cardboard and plastic recycling services at Hawaii Commissary stores. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, transporting, and recycling cardboard and plastic waste generated at the Kaneohe Bay Commissary, Hickam AFB Commissary, Pearl Harbor Commissary, and Schofield Barracks Commissary. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the period of performance is anticipated to be from April 1, 2026, to March 28, 2031.
• The contractor must perform services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contract includes a base period and four option periods.
• The evaluation will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price.
