The work includes providing a factory‑spec body, complete electrical system, lighting, inverter, fire extinguisher, jump‑start plugs, striping, mud flaps, E‑track, and all required hardware, meeting stringent wiring, fastener, welding, and paint standards. The contractor must hold a 6‑year manufacturer warranty, maintain $500 k+ garage‑keepers liability insurance, transport the chassis (≤ 400 mi) to ITD headquarters, complete the build within 180 calendar days of chassis delivery, and support weekly delay updates.
