Authorized Gasboy Service & Repair for Dispensers/Wireless Nozzles and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena is seeking bids from qualified and authorized vendors to provide Genuine OEM Gasboy parts, supplies, and accessories, Authorized Gasboy service and repairs for fuel dispensers, card readers, and related equipment, Gasboy fuel nozzle repair, replacement, and service support, and Wireless nozzle and fuel-ring reader repair, replacement, and related services. The contract term is for five years. The awarded vendor shall provide timely parts availability, repair services, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable fueling of City fleet equipment. Key considerations include: • Providing OEM parts and authorized service to maintain manufacturer's warranty and ensure proper operation of equipment • Ensuring reliable operation of the Gasboy wireless fueling system to maintain accurate fuel reports and support departmental fleet operations • Meeting the City's requirements for equal employment opportunity and non-collusion • Complying with the City's Living Wage Ordinance and Minimum Wage requirements • Obtaining necessary licenses and certifications, including a Pasadena Business License • Submitting a completed Form AA-1 and Declaration of Non-Collusion • Providing a bid security in the amount of five percent of the total bid price
