Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a vendor to provide a 4-inch trash pump and associated accessories for Jones Beach State Park. The pump should have a solids handling capacity of 2 inches, an aluminum housing, cast-iron volute, ductile iron impeller, silicon carbide/silicon carbide seal, and a liquid-cooled 4-cycle diesel engine. The accessories needed include a PVC suction hose, self-leveling floating strainer, PVC discharge hose, hose kit, and 4-inch NPT adapter quick coupling. The contract term is for a one-time service, and the due date for quotes is November 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
• The pump and accessories must meet the specified requirements.
• The vendor must provide pricing for each item listed.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total cost meeting the requirements.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage, workers' compensation, and insurance.
• The vendor must also comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ document, including those related to indemnification, termination, and lobbying.
